Oversees the strategic development and management of Axis Technologies.

Rais has over 12 years of senior level telecommunications management experience. Rais previously served as Executive Director/General Manager at MCI WorldCom Malaysia. Overseeing and managing the Malaysian OpCo, he was also responsible for looking after MCI’s businesses in Brunei and Thailand within ASEAN region. He successfully nurtured the MCI’s business capturing 100% of the contestable IP bandwidth in 2000, increasing MCI’s market share to a market leading position of 43% in 2002 from a mere 2% prior to his appointment. Rais also led the challenge in the corporate and SME segment and registered double digit growth in Malaysia and also achieved EBITDA positive on the monthly results.

Prior to joining MCI WorldCom, Rais spent three and half years as the Regional Managing Director (Asia-Pacific) for Teleglobe International Corporation, a Canadian-American first tier carrier, where he managed operations in the ASEAN and North Asia region, again with double digit growth in IP Bandwidth and voice refile revenues and was awarded the Most Outstanding Managing Director for his outstanding revenue generation abilities in 1999. Prior to his tenure at Teleglobe, he spent 5 years in Telekom Malaysia Berhad as the Manager ( Americas and South Asia) managing successfully this two very contrasting continents. He was responsible for international carrier business and act as a negotiator for strategic carrier business alliance for Telekom Malaysia Bhd.

Rais’s career begins as a business journalist at The Star, reporting on corporate and stock market stories. Rais is a well travelled person who has boundless energy and perseverance.

Rais holds a Masters in Management and a Bachelor in Economics (Hons) from International Islamic University Malaysia.

With more than 21 years of experience in the telecommunications and IT industry, Yusran shares his knowledge and expertise from a diversified portfolio - sales, marketing, product development, network planning, customer service and operations. He was formerly a Sales Director in MCI WorldCom. His notable success includes increased sales of 50% for the Asia Pacific region. His previous positions include as Managing Director for Teleglobe International Corporation. He also worked for TIME Telekom Malaysia and Texas Instruments Malaysia. Yusran holds a Diploma in Electronics from Federal Institute of Technology.

Kelly is the General Manager of Corporate Resources. She is responsible for overseeing the complete realm of Corporate Resources Department which covers human resources, general administration, facilities, procurement, and legal & regulatory functions.

Formerly the Head of Human Resources and Administration for MCI WorldCom Malaysia, Kelly's commitment to the companies she worked for was eminent, she was awarded thrice as The Best Employee Quarterly Award for MCI WorldCom Asia Pacific region. She has also won many awards for excellent performance during her tenure at Novell Malaysia. She brings to Axis more than eight years of working experience in Fortune 500 companies and amalgamating her strength in information communication technology (ICT) industry. Her core competency includes the new set-up of offices, facilities management, general administration, human resources management and procurement.

Kelly holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the RMIT University, Melbourne, Australia. She is a member of Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM) and a member of Malaysian Institute of Human Resource Management (MIHRM).

As the General Manager of Finance, Mok is responsible for formulating Axis’s financial plan, directing financing activities and strategic financing initiatives. Mok is also responsible for the financial planning, accounting, reporting, billing, pricing and performance of the company. He also assists the Executive Director/Chief Executive Officer to drive performance in achieving strategic and annual business plan.

Before joining Nexcom, Mok was the Senior Finance Manager of Metroplex Berhad. He has 20 years experience in financial and strategic management and had held senior management positions in public listed companies, such as Metroplex Berhad, Kuala Lumpur Industries Berhad, Bee Hins Holding Berhad which actively involves in privatization of government projects, property development and investment, hotel, manufacturing, construction, trading, quarrying and insurance. He had also served in one of the big four accounting firm, Price Waterhouse as Financial Consultant specializing in financial and strategic planning.

Mok holds an Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Louisiana Tech University and the University of Central Arkansas in United States of America (USA) respectively.

Kamil has more than 7 years of management experience in telecommunications arena. Prior to joining Axis Technologies, he spent 6 years in UK and also attached to NEC (UK) for 2 years as a Quality Assurance Manager. He also served Aseantex Marine Services, a reputable Freight Forwarders. Kamil holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Hull and Wolverhampton (UK) respectively.

Lim oversees the operation of Business Development Department where his major responsibilities are to strategize, develop, and execute the sales and marketing plan, and coordinate closely with other operations units. He has more than 6 years of experience in the DCS (Discounted Call Service) and more than 6 years of experience in OEM manufacturing industry. Lim holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Finance from Northwest Missouri State University.

Ravanan holds the position as Branch Manager (Southern Region). His major responsibilities are to oversee the entire Southern Region Branch sales and other administrative operations. He has more than 8 years experience in DCS (Discounted Call Services) industry.

His vast experience in sales and marketing has earned him numerous awards, such as Best Regional Achiever award for consecutive 4 years, during his career in DCS industry. With his strong leadership in Southern Region Branch, he manages to capture large portion of market shares in the state of Johor.

Ravanan started his career in Ministry of Defense holding various key and strategic positions in financial management at Eastern Base of Malaysia for more than 14 years.

Ravanan holds a Diploma in Computer and Accounting studies.
