Reseller / Distributor Program

Reseller Program offers you the chance to earn extra income on sales of Nexcom products and services by operating your own profitable organization.

What is your role as a Reseller?


To plan and source potential customers for using Nexcom products, explain and respond to enquiries, provide service literature, identify service requirements for follow-up actions, continue to assist customers in providing information, liaise with the prospects prior to signing of SRF, to make sales presentation and fill up the necessary forms to conclude sales
To assist in collecting payment from customers
To help maintain the customers

What are the benefits?

You will be rewarded based on a percentage of the monthly recurring revenue (MRR)
Payment will be issued to you within 30 business days after we receive payment from customers
A sale is valid for compensation if you successfully secures the deal and customer is not already a Nexcom customer.

1. What is reseller?
A marketing agent who markets Nexcom post-paid account to corporate.

2. How to become a reseller?
Reseller will have to execute an agreement with Nexcom to be authorized agent for Nexcom corporate post-paid services.

3. What are reseller roles and responsibilities?
To sign up post-paid account with potential customers. The activities involved are sales presentation, filling up registration form, follow-up meetings and constant communication with potential customers.

4. Who does installation?

Nexcom will be in-charge in process of activation and installation of any account signed by resellers.

5. What is other support provided by Nexcom?

Nexcom provides dedicated customer support and after sales service to all account signed by resellers.

6. Who own the customer recruited by Reseller?
Nexcom owns all customers that have been recruited by resellers.

7. What is the minimum requirement for being a reseller?
A minimum monthly sales requirement of RM50,000 six months upon the execution of the agreement with Nexcom.

8. Do I need a registered company to become a reseller?
No. You may use personal name to become a reseller, however it is advisable to have at least an Enterprise to become a reseller to facilitate taxation and other issues such as printing of business cards.

9. Who will provide marketing material and sales kit?
Nexcom will provide all marketing material and sales kit to resellers at a cost price. A refund will be offered by Nexcom in the cost of marketing materials once the reseller achieved a satisfactory customer recruitment and contribution.

10. Who will be sending the bill to customer?
The customer is still own by Nexcom, as such all billing will be sent to customer via post directly from Nexcom.

11. Who is in charge of collection?
Nexcom will be responsible for collection; however it is advisable for the resellers to play an active role to enhance collection.

12. Do I require to place Bank guarantee or deposit to become a reseller?
No, You do not have to place Bank Guarantee or deposit to become a reseller.
